About the cost of shipping
In the EU the cost of shipping is:
Up to 350 grms 12 Euros
From 351 to 1000 grms 16 Euros
From 1001 to 2000 grms 25 Euros
Extra heavy plants or parcels - Request
The time of delivery in Europe is about 3-5 business days, with the unique exception of Italy. We don´t know why but sometimes the time to deliver to this country is between 7-10 days and we are using the same way to ship throughout Europe. For the other countries please ask me. To the USA, the cost of shippig is very similar to Europe. But others countries, especialy Asian countries only give us waranty by EMS and this way much more expensive. Ask if you have more questions.
About our plants
All our plants you will find in our sales pages are grown from seeds, with original roots. Plants are not exgrafts, unless stated. Some plants either rare, slow growing or unusual are grafted. In this case it will be mentioned in red print. The measurements are in centimetres and never include the spines. Generally we measure the diameter of the plant, and not the height (or diagonally), unless otherwise stated. Sometimes we will state the size of the pot. This is usually for plants such as Agave, Aloe…
All pictures of the plants in the special pages are taken the same day the page update.
All plants are sent bare root, without soil and pot.
If you have any problems about our products please contact us. We will refund your money or send another plant.
You must return any damaged plants within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. We cannot offer any warranty beyond this. Plants are living and are therefore perishable.
All our customers need to read and acept these terms of shopping. This is the best warranty of our work.
We will ship worldwide. Please e-mail us for shipping costs to countries outside the Europe and USA, but please be aware of the customs and laws of your country with regard to shipping plants. We can take no responsibility for plants confiscated.
